Rebecca loves being a part of the local Bay Area real estate scene. During her first year of real estate, back in the late 90's, Rebecca sold over 30 properties in the SF Bay Area ~ an amazing volume for a newly licensed rookie agent. Since then, as a licensed Broker she has continued to build her business and has represented hundreds of clients throughout San Francisco, Marin County and beyond. Her varied experience includes selling single family homes, luxury residences, condominiums, tenants-in-common properties, vacant land, bank-owned/fixer homes and multi-unit properties. She has worked as a mortgage consultant, a property manager, a home flipper, and most recently as a managing broker and trainer at local firms such as Radius Agent Realty; The Agency, Climb Real Estate, and prior to that, she was a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker for many years.
Rebecca credits her success to having the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients. Her ability to cultivate strong interpersonal relationships has been the cornerstone of her success as evidenced by her repeat clientele. Her advanced degrees in psychology, sociology and criminal justice contribute to her understanding of the human aspect of the real estate business. Rebecca's well-rounded experience in various facets of real estate has been a key contributor to her success from financing to marketing. She has honed her attention to detail over time especially while working as a paralegal early on in her career and is confident in her familiarity and knowledge of the local purchase contract, forms and customs.
Rebecca's process starts by understanding clients’ goals to then strategizing on how to best work together to achieve them. She gives clients a sense of ease by focusing on the details of each transaction and directing the process. As a past teacher/trainer, she understands the importance of clear and concise explanations of 'what happens next' during a transaction; her clients appreciate her straightforward communication style.
One of Rebecca's specialties consists of representing to out-of-area clients who need extra help and 'boots on the ground' resources. For Buyers, she previews listings, reviews reports & disclosures, and arranges video viewings of property listings whenever possible. For Sellers, she project manages the entire sale process, from preparation to arranging the final signing of closing documents from afar (often from other countries). Her Seller clients have always been immediately impressed with her ability to suggest preparation tasks that provide the best ROI, while quickly coordinating with vendors, stagers & photographers to get things done efficiently and get the property sold for the highest possible price.
When she's not working, she continues to take classes on a regular basis that enrich her knowledge of the real estate business. For fun, Rebecca enjoys traveling the world including Asia, Europe, and North America; practicing piano and running on the trails near her home in Marin County.
