They are 'Seller’s Representative Specialists' and have extensive experience preparing properties for the local market. We specialize in customized home searches and guide clients through the competitive marketplace. We bring value to clients by helping them craft a compelling offer.  We discuss comparable sales and help Buyers review disclosures and reports. We share our tips on how to prevail in a multiple-offer situation. We have insight to exclusive off-market listings and can help our Buyer clients purchase newly constructed units. We attend pre-sale private showings for new developments, we go out on Broker's Tours to view new listings, we network with colleagues to find out about 'coming soon' and 'off-market' opportunities.
